The UK's leading and best-known food on the go retailer are currently looking to recruit an HR Advisor to support their expansion into Northern Ireland - based from their Belfast office. Offering a competitive salary plus benefits including bonus, training, and excellent career development opportunities, this is a great chance for an ambitious HR professional to play a key role developing a market-leading company's presence in a new territory.

The Role
Reporting to the Retail People Manager and working closely with the Retail Team, you will ensure the People Plan is implemented effectively in order to help establish and grow the business across Northern Ireland.

You will act as the first point of contact for line managers who are seeking advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee issues plus policies and procedures. Other key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and performance management activities, regularly reviewing training needs across the region, plus attending disciplinary, grievance and capability meetings. You will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, promoting a culture of leadership and encouraging teams in line with the company's values.

The Candidate
You will have experience working in a generalist HR role in a busy HR environment, and will either be CIPD qualified or currently studying towards the full qualification. Experience in a multi-site retail environment would be an advantage, as would experience training and coaching line managers, whilst good knowledge of current employment laws and procedures will also be required.

You will be a well-organised, self-motivated and hard-working individual with a flexible and proactive approach plus excellent problem solving skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships at many levels.

The Company
One of the UK's leading and most well-known bakery retailers. In recent years they have become a huge household name, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join in their continued success.
