PART TIME BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT WORKERS

Hours: 18.5 per week, 38 weeks per year

Salary: £6,532 - £7,436 per annum

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our team of education specialists supporting students with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties who are taking their first steps towards a career in the construction industry.

You will have experience of working to promote positive behaviour in a school, PRU, college or residential care setting and be committed to restorative practice. Duties will include working with students 1:1 and in small groups in vocational areas, supporting access to enrichment activities, liaising with teachers and families/ carers, contributing to progress reviews and promoting independence. An understanding of strategies for Emotional Coaching and Team teach training would be an advantage.

You should possess 5 GCSES grade A*-C including English Language and Maths or an equivalent qualification.
