There is a comprehensive and rigorous induction program and a management development program.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • To process new business in accordance with the firm’s administration procedures supporting busy Mortgage Advisers in a fast paced environment
  • To process day-to-day administration matters for new and existing clients in accordance with the firm’s procedures
  • Processing confidential documents, scanning and electronic filing

The ideal Financial Services Administrator will have:

  • Previous Financial Services experience is preferable
  • Have an understanding of Regulatory framework
  • Understanding of information and documentation required to process new business and handling confidential data
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills - Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with colleagues, clients and Companies
