Job Description
A key member of both the regional and national delivery teams, this role will work collaboratively across our programmes and the regions to ensure key elements of our programmes - coaching conversations and facilitated seminars - remain of the highest quality and impact.
This role is therefore an exciting one, giving the right individual the opportunity to work at both a regional and national level and lead on a range of projects with our coaches and facilitators.
The right applicant will therefore be collaborative and confident working with a range of stakeholders, as well as able to self-manage and work independently. They will enjoy working on a range of projects at any given time and will be able to effectively plan and prioritise their time to balance the varying needs of the role and deliver the highest quality outcomes.
