This is an opportunity to join a well-respected provider of Energy Consultancy and Compliance Services to a wide range of construction professionals on both a national and localised level.

As a result of continued growth within the new build energy sector, they have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join their friendly team on a Part-Time basis working 9:00am - 5:30 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 9:00am - 1:00pm on Wednesdays.

The role will focus on providing telephone and general administrative support to the Directors of the business and their Energy Assessors and Technicians.

Key duties will include:

- The answering and directing of inbound phone calls and email enquiries.
- The provision of administrative support to the office by preparing and dispatching various types of written reports and certificates.
- Accurately maintaining staff diaries including the scheduling of appointments
- Providing clients with both written and verbal fee proposals for all work types undertaken by the Company.
- The invoicing of clients for either scheduled or completed works.
- The processing of Client debit and credit card payments over the telephone.

Applicants should have a polite and friendly telephone manner with a strong command of written English. They should also be able to work unsupervised and have an ability to manage and prioritise changing workloads. Experience with MS Office and Outlook essential.
