You will support and work under the line management of the Assistant Head for inclusion. The unit will provide alternative education for some of our most challenging pupils and normally there will be up to 10 students in the unit and you will be supported with other learning support assistants and sometimes teachers. The aim of the unit is to engage and motivate the pupils through an alternative curriculum in order to prevent a permanent exclusion.
