Receptionist – Part Time
Our practice is now seeking a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to work in our modern, state of the art veterinary surgery in Bristol.
The practice is fairly new, having opened in January and is situated on a busy retail park with lots of free parking and plenty of places to meet friends and family for lunch.
Applicants must be client focused individuals who can demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking. The successful candidate will possess previous reception experience, have proficient IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and a genuine love for animals.
This is a part time position, working 20 hrs per week including 1 in 3 weekends.
We are looking for a confident, warm and welcoming individual to join our team. You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to multi task and work well under pressure in a team environment.
As a receptionist your duties will be:
• Managing and dealing with appointment bookings in a professional and efficient manner using the in-practice database system
• Receiving clients and their pets for appointments, being sensitive to their needs and promoting a professional image at all times
• Working within a team to ensure that the reception and other areas of the practice are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
