Support Workers

Established 2014, 365 Support provides quality supported accommodation services and domiciliary care to people with mental health and learning disabilities.

Support Workers based on a full-time equivalent of 35 hours per week, £7.50 per hour (pro rata to hours worked) or Workers Waking Nights, £8.20 per hour (pro rata to hours worked), Sleep In Shift additional payment of £63.75 is given for each sleep completed

Our Support Workers undertake an extremely important role helping the people they support, typically who are affected by mental health/autism and/or a learning disability, to feel in control of their lives.

You must have good interpersonal skills and have a confident nature. Responsibilities will include supporting a person with their communication needs, assisting people with daily tasks such as shopping and preparing meals and supporting the person to access community based services. You may be required to provide personal care, such as assisting with bathing.

Candidates must be willing to work flexibly as hours include early and late shifts including weekends, bank holidays, on-call and sleep-in shifts. This is shared out amongst the team.

The vacancies are based in Liverpool.

Previous experience is not required as full training will be given.

All staff will be required to undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and full referencing. Disclosure expense will be met by the company.
