CLIENT

Our clients have worked in the Recruitment Industry for the last 15 years.

Three year ago they acquired their first business, this year the business will deliver over GBP10m in sales form 4 office locations in Scotland. They are now looking for business partners to expand the network across the key locations in the North of England. In November last year they opened a new office in the North East, they are now keen to open a new business to develop the West Yorkshire Region. They are offering an exciting equity package that will reward successful Managers up to 40% of the share in the business for hitting key bench marks. You will not be required to make ANY financial investment into the business.

ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your own Industrial and or Driving Branch. You will initially recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work alongside you, you will be provided with a fully operational office, the company website and full payroll and back office systems etc to ensure you can fully focus on generating new business.

You will be able to generate clients in both Industrial and Driving sectors across an extensive geographical region. You will use your local knowledge and contacts in the area to rapidly build a profitable office.

You will need the drive and determination to start a new business, be required to lead by example, run your own desk and coach and motivate your team to deliver new business in line with the branches new branch start up budget.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You will have a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable Industrial or Driving Recruitment branch.
• Have the passion and determination to build up a new business, with all the key skills in sales, staff development, client servicing along with high standards of administration
• Have excellent negotiation skills, be able to demonstrate innovative ideas that have resulted in new client wins.
• You will either be an aspiring Senior Consultant or an experienced Branch Manager
