Our client is a Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in management and leadership.
They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager (Apprenticeships) to join their team based in London. The main purpose of this role is to take a strategic approach to devising, planning and executing marketing campaigns whilst supporting the business units in the achievement of their objectives. Within this role your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing the marketing strategy to promote the apprenticeship offer to employers, providers and apprentices; build relationships with business teams and relevant partners in order to support them in the promotion of products and services but with a focus on apprenticeships and designing and managing the production of both online and hard copy assets including print, business documents, marketing, advertising and communications material. You will also be expected to write and proofread engaging copy; track and report on allocated projects and campaigns and use analytics to evaluate success, using the insight to formulate plans.
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will be qualified to degree level, ideally in marketing. You will be able to demonstrate a high capability of project management and campaign analysis along with experience of working on multi-channel campaigns. You will be confident in managing stakeholders and planning and executing campaigns. It would be advantageous for you to have experience of B2B sales and operational processes along with knowledge of the Higher Apprenticeships market.
They are seeking a tenacious and driven candidate with a “can do” attitude. You will be able to work effectively when under pressure and you will understand the importance of working flexibly to meet changing operational demands. You should have intermediate knowledge of Abode PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
