£25 - £27.5K plus bonus (£10 - £15K OTE)

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage & support a small team of Event Managers towards their individual & collective targets. We are looking for you to lead by example and take ownership over the sales process, adopting an active role in the selling and promotion of our flagship venues in Leeds & York to corporate enquiries and to individuals who are looking for a bespoke event or wedding.
You will be required to demonstrate a successful background in events and sales. Previous managerial experience is not essential but you must be able to show a hunger and aptitude for managing a busy team.
