Evolution Money is looking for a relationship manager, a varied telephone based role which is both challenging and fast paced and has opportunities for progression.

What being a relationship manager entails:

Working within FCA guidelines, you will be responsible for all customer contact once they have received their loan. This will include maintaining accurate customer records, collecting payments, issuing settlement letter and conducting income and expenditures with the customer. With a customer satisfaction rating of 90%, we focus on quality as opposed to quantity and work together to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The position benefits from a competitive salary with the chance for progression in line with your progression with the company, starting at a basic of £20,000 increasing to £27,000.  Our bonus scheme also offers a boost to your salary.
