We are currently searching for an Estates & Asset Manager to effectively manage our clients' corporate property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the new asset management strategy and ensuring best value is obtained for all leases and licences, relating to the clients' corporate property assets.
You will manage the estates team be commercially minded and always strive for the best results.
You should have broad knowledge and understanding of a range of property management within a local authority environment, including Landlord and Tennant law.
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with abroad knowledge of commercial property management and have experience of managing a team.
Desirable experience (non-essential)
A registered valuer or capable of achieving this
Experience of asset management Systems and implementation
Knowledge of surveying and other property related disciplines
This is a full time permanent role, and a salary of GBP39,442.00 - GBP44,245 per annum is available plus a cash alternative car allowance equivalent to GBP325.00 per month.
