The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant:

Working as a full cycle recruiter you'll become a specialist within your niche sector and will be given the challenge of building and growing your desk. Your aim will be to build the very best relationships with your candidates and clients, gaining a real understanding of their needs and providing them with a suitable solution. You will not be micro-managed by numbers, your activity, effort and intent will be recognised with a focus on quality, consultative working. We're specialists within IT, Life Sciences and Engineering recruitment and currently have opportunities across all of our brands.

What we're looking for:

• 2 years sales or recruitment experience - our biggest success stories here have come from a range of backgrounds including car sales, account management, estate agency, recruitment and many more.
• A good understanding of the role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant and strong reasons for wanting to build a career within recruitment.
