Customer Service/Inbound Sales call advisors REQUIRED IMMEDIATE START- MONDAY 24TH- BODMIN- MONDAY TO FRIDAY My client who is starting a new start up operation, is looking to take on outgoing and bubbly candidates to work in these customer-service roles. This position would be in a call centre/ small office environment and would involve taking inbound calls and processing infomation. The other roles would be reading from a script, taking orders, explaining on the phone how their service works to the customer and answer any other related questions. Their service is very much is based on the Amazon Prime concept. We are currently looking for candidates for AN INITIAL 4 WEEK PERIOD BUT THIS COULD BE EXTENDED, however long-term positions are available to the right candidates. Successful candidates will receive training and support in the role from Day One. We are looking for candidates to start immediately. The working week will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Rate of pay £7.85 per hour, paid weekly, you will need to come into the offices of our agency to register. Candidate Specification It would be highly desirable if you have previous/ customer service/ call centre experience but if you have the right attitude and personal attributes you will be given the required training.
