Internal Recruitment Resourcer- finding talented field sales consultants

Working for an award winning high growth tech company (Growth Award winner at the National Business Awards 2015 and Tech Track 100 listed 2016)

£37,000 per annum (£25,000 basic + £12,000 bonus)

Paymentsense has an immediate requirement for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join what is currently one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. We're an innovative and technology orientated business with a steady need for top quality talent, especially within our sales teams that operate nationwide. This role involves high volumes of applications so requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and make recommendations for phone screen/interview
• Assist with phone screening
• Keep candidate database and spreadsheets accurate and up to date
• Liaise with recruitment team to prioritise work and manage expectations
• Regular reporting on the success of the various advertising channels
• Communicate with Regional Sales Managers and the Field Sales Recruiter to set up final stage interviews
• Ad hoc administrative tasks

Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organised
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Self motivated to speak to a high volume of candidates
• Ability and desire to work in a target driven environment
• Enthusiastic and with a "can-do" attitude
