Administrative Assistant will support senior sales directors within UK&I enterprise sales organisation.
Responsibilities
Supporting senior directors with sales operation tasks. Producing reporting and dashboards utilising Excel, BI and CA systems. Supporting local Partner sales organisation with contract management and processing Provide specific departmental administrative support General administrative duties, such as: Managing diary, inbox, phones and travel Designing and producing power point presentations. Organise and expedite workflow to comply with deadlines and priorities Manage multiple calendars Coordinate onsite/offsite meetings under supervision; assist with meeting administrative duties as needed Take basic meeting minutes; needs to ask others to review or clarify terms Handle basic project tracking: (i.e., budget, database, timelines) Interact effectively with various levels of management Assist with special projects as requested by supervisor Organise and expedite workflow through department to comply with deadlines and priorities Handle proprietary information with high level of confidentiality
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational and interpersonal skills. Able to manage tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines. Discretion in dealing with proprietary information. Demonstrated ability to prioritise. Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to evaluate, understand and report on a variety of different data from multiple sources Ability to quickly understand business needs, consistently meet expectations and respond promptly and professionally to business requests or inquiries, seeking guidance as appropriate Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and numeracy skills Ability to make independent decisions using sound business judgment Ability to interact well across a diverse matrix management team Strong knowledge of Excel Knowledge of the following systems (beneficial): Salesforce, SAP
