The Loan Manager (Primary Servicing) will manage a portfolio of pan-European commercial real estate loans being a combination of balance sheet, bi-lateral, syndicated and CMBS loan positions.

A very successful and rapidly growing financial services company focused around integrated loan servicing and advisory. Based in Chorley in the North West.
Description
The Loan Manager (Primary Servicing) role includes the following;
Work independently to manage multiple loan positions.
Review loan agreements, servicing agreements and other finance/security documentation as necessary including coordinating legal reviews with external/in-house counsel as well as other parties counsel (Borrower and Lender).
Preparation and provision of loan abstracts.
Boarding new loans onto the loan servicing system ready for checking and approval by the Assistant Head of Primary Servicing prior to progressing the loan into service.
System configuration for each loan - Task Management creation, Workflow, Calendar set up.
Collection and analysis of Borrower reporting (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.) and ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
Preparation of Investor/Lender reports with regards to loan/portfolio performance.
General loan administration duties including preparation of billing notices/remittance reports, rate setting and maintenance of loan system.
Preparation of payments from Borrowers Accounts and payments from company accounts to Lenders.
Daily reconciliation of company bank accounts.
Liaising with and negotiating, where required, with various professionals including Borrowers, Lenders, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Valuers and Solicitors.
Representing clients and investors on a daily basis within the role as Facility Agent or Primary Servicer.
Profile
The Loan Manager (Primary Servicing) must be a self starter and able to handle a varied and full workload, balancing tasks but also seeking out own solutions before seeking help.
3-5 years Relevant industry and role experience required.
Must be a great team player but also happy to work independently.
A huge bonus if you speak German as a lot of the loan documentation is in German.
