Sales Support/Customer Services
A Sales Support/Customer Services candidate with experience supporting customers via email and telephone is required for a Technology provider in Basingstoke on a permanent basis.
Role: Sales Support/Customer Services
Salary: Up to GBP20,000pa
Location: Basingstoke
Role Overview:
The Sales Support role is primarily a customer services role assisting the Sales team in offering the highest levels of customer service possible to our clients.
You will be engaging with customers, colleagues and suppliers of our client in order to accurately process orders and provide delivery information and quote customers whilst supporting the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer requests via email and telephone
- Loading sales orders
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Responding to ETA requests and providing proof of deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers to source customer special parts
- Quoting to customers to assist sales rep
- Insight in Returns department
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong social & communication skills
- Ability to work proactively & independently
Desirable:
- Administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of IT hardware (not essential)
