This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced graduate to become a Trainee Teacher via the Premier Pathways Teacher Training Programme. You will join the school on a 2 year programme where you begin as a Cover Supervisor, develop into a Trainee Teacher and end as a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE. What makes it even better you have no training costs and receive a salary throughout, GBP15,000 per year.
*** Cover Supervisor role in Chelmsford
*** Undertake formal teacher training as you work through the Premier Pathways Teacher Training Programme
*** Trainee Teacher aspect provided by one of the UKs leading teacher training universities
*** Full time, school based PGCE programme
*** Spend more time in the classroom than any other training programme available
*** Receive a full PGCE and permanent NQT position upon successful completion of the programme
*** Start as a Cover Supervisor, develop into a Trainee Teacher, end as a Qualified Teacher
*** Must be a graduate with previous experience working in the classroom environment

You will join the school on a 2 year programme where you will be trained supported from day one. At first you take on Cover Supervisor duties, supporting lesson and even delivering them yourself in the teachers' absence. As you progress and your skills improve you will transition into a Trainee Teacher and eventually achieve a full PGCE and be offered a permanent teaching position within the school where you have trained.
