The role of Head of Online Trading within One Insurance Solution brand is an exciting but critical one for the future success of the business. This individual is 'the voice of the customer', who will effectively align all departments to continually think through the lens of the customer to ensure OIS online SME provides a market leading product and consumer experience. As such, they will be fundamental in shaping the overall business strategy and impacting the growth of the company. This is a newly created position due to an exciting period of growth and a wonderful opportunity to take the lead on a large scale greenfield project.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing manager who may also bring broader CRM, Product, Customer Experience, Insight and Online Conversion experience.

From their marketing background, they may be able to bring brand experience, and know how to cost effectively build a brand using a combination of digital channels as well as offline activities.

They will be a specialist in digital marketing and know how to optimise the use of a limited marketing budget.

The successful candidate will be creatively minded, entrepreneurial, dynamic, commercial, ambitious, fun-loving, inquisitive, challenging, self-starting, high integrity, strategic as well as hands-on, down to earth, high energy.

They will be the ultimate customer champion, constantly challenging a business to put the customer first and aligning all decisions with the customer at the heart of the business. Strong proponent of the use of customer data and insight being used to drive effective marketing, product and general commercial strategies.

What we require in an individual:

- Strong academic background with a minimum of a 2:1 from a Russell Group Univeristy or similar.
- Experience of working within an FMCG online world
- PPC and SEO marketing experience
- Drive, enthusiasm and motivation
