This is a great opportunity for an established Group Account Director / Senior Account Director / Client Partner, or Client Services Director ready to step up to join a friendly, fast-paced and ambitious agency in the Reading area who are pushing boundaries and have won a number of awards recently, challenging their bigger rivals in the area.
The experience we need.
- An established agency background in a senior client services or leadership position; either as Group Account Director, Senior Account Director or Client Partner
- A background in technology and digital marketing
- B2B technology experience a big advantage
- A commercial background with a track record of establishing and nurturing client revenues and profitability
- Strong Business Development acumen
- A strategic mind-set with an eye for detail
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of client brand guidelines
The role.
The successful Client Services Director will oversee and lead the Client Services team by devising strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client campaigns that change the way we consume and engage with digital technology. You`ll need to inspire a talented team through mentoring and coaching and be the point of contact clients reach out to for day to day tactical account management. The Client Services Director will also grow existing client revenues and extend opportunities with new clients.

What you\`ll get in return.
