We are delighted to be working with Esmee Fairbairn to recruit a Digital & ICT Manager to join the team. About Esmee Fairbairn Esmee Fairbairn Foundation aims to improve the quality of life for people and communities throughout the UK both now and in the future. They do this by funding the charitable work or organisations that are building an inclusive, creative and sustainable society. About Role The Foundation aims to be a market-leading funder and has an ambitious five year plan to achieve this, launched in 2015. This places a premium on its approach to impact and learning and the innovative and effective use of digital and technology to help them achieve their strategic aims. This post will work closely with the Director of Operations co-ordinating, managing and leading on ICT and digital activities, projects and initiatives to ensure the Foundation makes the most of digital opportunities to create greater impact. Projects will include leading on the implementation of tailored cloud based systems, troubleshooting and improving internal ICT knowledge, digital involvement and analytics; an example might be much better use of Google Analytics. About you The successful candidate will have a passion for ICT and digital innovation with relevant experience gained in an organisation that has embraced ICT innovation. You will have an advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience of Salesforce or a similar database would be useful. Exposure to Cloud based systems and Apple products would be advantageous but not essential. Importantly you will be a highly effective communicator with the enthusiasm, confidence and passion to mobilise others to try new ways of working and take on new technologies. The organisation is already very motivated so you will need to be able harness this appetite and drive forward on creative projects and developing systems offering user-friendly trouble shooting, innovative visual data presentation and interactive learning resources. You will be happy to ask questions, and will strive to improve your expertise, and share knowledge in the ever-changing world of digital and ICT, contributing to the fantastic work of the Foundation in improving the lives of people and strengthening communities in the UK.
