Our client is a well-established manufacturer of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning Equipment for the building industry. They have won themselves an impressive client list with their bespoke air handing equipment and now require an experienced Engineer (Electrical and Controls).

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning company with real opportunities for training and progression to Controls Engineering and Programming.

Electrical and Controls Engineer Duties
• Wiring AHUs following wiring diagram
• Study AHU mechanical drawing and electrical wiring diagram, reporting if faulty
• Train & support junior members of the electrical controls team
• Train & support fitters & team leaders on wiring AHU
• Electrically test AHUs, amending if necessary and controls commission AHUs prior to it being prepared for delivery
• Attend site on diagnose & fault finding missions, to correct problems, demonstrate controls functionalities and give training on the controls functionalities
• Program drives

What do you need?
To hit the ground running in this Engineering role experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVACS) including commercial maintenance and repair is essential.
• Controls experience is desirable
• Full Driving Licence
• Enthusiastic with an open attitude, able and willing to learn quickly as the role offers lots of training opportunities
• Looking for a long term career and willing to give long term commitment to the company
