Database Engineer - Automation / SQL Server - Cheshire
Our market leading FTSE 100 Tech leading client are looking for an experienced Database Engineer to join their Cheshire based team. They pride themselves in always being at the forefront of design and software implementation, with a customer driven focus.
They operate in a fully agile environment and embrace Open Source technologies in the fast paced world of technology. They are are on the look out for talented individuals to ensure that they remain the driving force of their industry.
We are looking for...
• In-depth working knowledge of MS SQL Server (2008 R2, 2014 and 2016)
• Database Administration background - performance tuning, query optimization, performance monitoring
• Experience of SQL internals and database architecture and design
• Accomplished T-SQL / PowerShell Abilities
• Ideally have exposure to MySQL, Linux, AWS and Cloud
The role comes with flexible working and a state of the art Tech campus, offering a fantastic gym, highly subsidised restaurant with onsite chefs, dry cleaning, 5-a-side football, onsite holiday kids club, coffee shops and much more besides.
