Salary circa GBP35,000 and dependent on experience, commutable from Rochdale, Burnley, Rossendale or Bury, Lancashire - North WestDescription As the ERP Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the following as part of a team: Applications Assist IT peers in developing an applications strategy for the UK sites, division and Global Business Work with business users to identify areas of improvement within current systems, namely ERP Gathers improvements and business requirements and is able to draft this information into a Business Requirements document to produce to external contractors for development Provide support and troubleshoot all other local applications Co-lead applications development, integration or upgrade projects including but not limited to: Payroll applications (Sage) ERP applications (SAP) Assist the business in developing and supporting Crystal Reports for SAP Develop and implement user training for applications and FAQs Create/maintain documentation for applications architecture Ensure SOX compliance and that IT controls are in place Has knowledge of data management techniques User/ Project Management Lead, co-lead or participate in Global IT programs Ability to develop good business relationships Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel Ability to conduct lunch and learns/present to small to mid-sized audiences Serve as system administrator for local systems ProfileRequired skills, background and knowledge/experience as follows: ERP applications (SAP/SQL based) Experience with Crystal Reports Troubleshooting Microsoft desktop/Office applications in Office 365 Experience of multi - sited system/network Significant proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Able to work effectively using own initiative Have the ability to communicate at all levels Good organisational skills Job OfferThe ERP Systems Administrator role is offered with a salary of circa GBP35,000 dependent on experience.
