Compliance Technologist

The role is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum - this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career!

The Role

Working with the Head of Compliance to ensure the safety and due diligence of G’s fresh sites, growers and traded supply.  As our Compliance Technologist you will assist in the implementation and management of the technical, and other policies and procedures, both within the supplier base and at G’s Fresh sites.  To assist the Head of Compliance and the Technical director in delivering technical KPI reporting to drive improvement in various areas.

Our ideal Compliance Technologist will have the following:

- An understanding of technical standards and concepts with background knowledge of the practical principles underlying technical and quality management systems

- Proven experience of the customer supplier relationship

- Strong presentational skills.

- Excellent personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

- Ability to manage a range of tasks and to prioritise activities to meet business objectives.

- Problem solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Highly professional with good integrity.

- Great negotiation skills.

- Good IT skills and competent with modern office IT systems.
