We are building a first class recruitment team and are seeking to recruit a newly created Recruitment Coordinator to work out of Liverpool. Our mission is simple; to provide an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. You will be required to use a variety of recruitment tools to drive candidate attraction, playing a pivotal role in the development of a brand new recruitment model.

Supported by a friendly and experienced team, you will support in the delivery of an exceptional recruitment service that meets organisational targets for internal stakeholders and provides a first class recruitment experience for all applicants.

Key role responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the recruitment process ensuring that all parties are appropriately briefed and documentation is in place
  • Advertise new vacancies on relevant job boards and monitor all recruitment activity
  • Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone/video interviews and/or face to face interviews with prospective applicants
  • Provide a first-class recruitment experience to all internal and external applicants throughout process
  • Maintain administration of Group Resourcing Spreadsheet - ensuring it is accurate and up to date
  • Identify all new roles and inform Recruitment Manager
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
  • Utilise CV searches (database, job boards, social media etc) to drive the attraction of candidates
  • Support with telephone interviews for entry level roles
  • Manage a recruitment inbox and deal with all incoming queries accordingly, appropriately escalating to the Recruitment Manager as and when required
  • Strive to deliver exceptional levels of recruitment delivery in line with defined KPI's and SLA's
  • Promote a positive Company image to candidates throughout recruitment cycle
  • Create candidate offer packs and provide a thorough and first-class on-boarding experience
  • Attend job fairs and career events as requested
