We are looking to recruit an individual with significant and substantial experience of managing surfacing schemes and highway schemes. You will be expected to have thorough knowledge of surfacing schemes, highway maintenance, construction, civil engineering, contract management/pricing, direct labour management and employee relations, sub-contractor management, finance and resource management, safety and quality management and associated activities which have been developed through practical site experience and qualifications.
