Spring Technology is currently working with an award winning Digital Marketing Agency in Sheffield who is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team growing. This is a challenging and rewarding role in a busy full service marketing agency, where the successful individual play a key member of the team behind one of Yorkshire's most successful full service marketing agencies.

The Role

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a team comprising of Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Account Directors. You will have vision and a strategic outlook on the direction you can move the team in to develop and grow particularly around digital marketing and social media marketing.

You will also support the acquisition of new business which involves seeking new opportunities, supporting business tenders and seeking out new markets.

Requirements

*Client Relationship Management Skills
*Line management experience
*Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing development
*Workflow and resource management
*Proven ability to think strategically
*Commercial acumen with proven experience of budget and sale accountability and bottom line delivery
*Problem solving skills
*The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
*Costing, budget management and tender writing/input
*Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
