Retail Customer Service Manager

The Kay Group is a multiple, industry award winning company and one of the Country’s leading independent petrol retailers with state of the art convenience stores. Texaco and Spar are our principle suppliers along with our retailing partner Subway.

We are recruiting for key members of management who can aspire to provide outstanding customer service for our latest and most prestigious retail service station currently under construction and to open in early November.

Our customer service goals are very simple to achieve with; “the speed of polite service along with our products, services and facilities available 24 hours a day to all our customers”.

Your personal standards of presentation, pride and desire to achieve are vital to motivate a retail staff team to attain our customer service goals.

Anyone who meets the above criteria is invited to apply. We will tailor our induction and training programme to suit each individual, including anyone who has no experience in our retail sector.

Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 + Up to £8,000 bonus Per Annum.
