Estates Maintenance Technician
Full Time: 37 hours per week (Flexibility will be required)
Salary: GBP17,300 to GBP21,924 per annum
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician within our Estates Department based at the Dunstable campus. Duties include general maintenance refurbishment of all College premises and security of all College grounds and buildings.
You will also be required to drive the College minibus and other vehicles on an ad hoc basis to carry out your duties (Minibus training can be provided).
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience of working in a similar environment
- working knowledge of maintenance procedures and Health and Safety regulations.
You will have a confident disposition and enjoy working with a wide variety of people whilst promoting equality and respect. You will also be well organised, able to use your own initiative, flexible and reliable.
Candidates must also be available to cover on a week and weekend shift rota system.
