A Primary School (Academy) in Reading is looking for a HLTA with passion and enthusiasm to join the team from September 2017. 

The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will work with the SEN team and require the post holder to be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing episodes of learning to individuals and small groups of students who require additional support with accessing specific subjects within the mainstream curriculum.

The successful candidate would have an NVQ Level 3 - Higher Level Teaching Statues ((or be willing to achieve it), practical experience of supporting pupils with SEN issues, passion for the education of young people and the ability to plan effective actions for students at risk of under achieving.
