We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join our Supported Living team at our St Thomas House, Coventry scheme.

Hours: 35 hours per week 
Contract Type: Permanent 


This service provides an intensively supported accommodation unit for people who are experiencing a multiplicity of unmet complex need, and who are in need of 24 hour intensively supported housing.

As a Night Support Worker you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, undertaking daily administrative tasks and forming part of a friendly and motivated team. You will be working closely with Support Workers to address and resolve any issues that are identified.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in working within homelessness, mental health or substance misuse services
• Have a passion and enthusiasm to deliver quality support
• Can communicate well and where necessary adapt your style to the needs of the customer
