As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be tasked with responding to enquiries, inputting orders and providing a fantastic standard of service to our client’s customer-base. 

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will: 

- Handle orders and queries, striving to resolve any issues by the end of the day 
- Input collections onto the system for customers and Reps
- Progress outstanding orders on the back-order report 
- Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need customer service and/or administration experience. A professional telephone manner and positive attitude are also key. 

Helpful and personable, as a Customer Service Advisor, you will to able to prioritise your workload effectively, possess a team player mentality and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
