The Green Room has been funded by Westminster Council as an innovative approach to assisting female rough sleepers experiencing or at risk of experiencing violence. Our client is looking to recruit a Night Coordinator who will manage the night to night development, co-ordination and service delivery of this new and exciting project. You will also manage the night staff working upstairs at a 37 bed housing only accommodation for women, referred from Westminster Housing Option Services. (Temporary Accommodation).

You will oversee the provision of rapid response to female rough sleepers, ensuring that they are linked in with local services or reconnected to areas where they can access services as swiftly as possible. Taking a highly personalised approach, this innovative team will form an important part in the city's homelessness prevention work.

They are looking for someone with experience of working with females who are homeless and have experienced or at risk of experiencing violence. You will also have a sound understanding of case management and experience of managing, leading and supporting staff and volunteers to achieve high quality outcomes. Other requirements include the ability to manage competing aims and have strong communication skills; in order to form effective and professional relationships with external agencies.

In return, you can look forward to benefits including a pension scheme and a whole range of initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. On top of that, they'll give you all the support you need to develop your skills and career.

If you think you fit the bill, they'd love to hear from you.
