HR Advisor

Search HR is seeking an experienced and credible HR Advisor to undertake a six month FTC on behalf of a very well established and respected not for profit organisation. This wide ranging generalist role will see you working closely with your dedicated client group and you will be seen as the HR lead coaching and advising line managers across all aspects of HR. The role has some complex ER casework, so an up to date awareness of Employment law is essential and will see you providing guidance and support to line managers and staff across the organisation. To be considered for the six month FTC it is essential that you have worked in either an HR Advisor role, or Manager post. Exposure to business change would be an advantage but not essential. Ideally CIPD qualified, however this is not essential.
