We are looking for an intelligent, professional and dynamic self-starter who can identify and convert new customers for our brand new training and awareness campaign kit, "Tuesdays with Bernie". This web-series based training and awareness package is aimed at a specific target market of large corporations who need to comply with international trading and ethical business regulations. Our aim is to help build ethical business cultures across the world through highly engaging and informative, comedy based viral films and the associated campaign tools included within the kit. The role will involve:
- Building a sales and marketing strategy for a brand new product
- Researching and developing knowledge and connections within the Compliance and Ethics industry.
- Building a portfolio of quality leads through attending events, email and via social media and internet research
- To become a brand spokesperson and build strong brand relationships with key leaders in the Compliance sector
- To meet/exceed agreed sales targets

Experience Required:
- A strong corporate background, ideally B2B
- Proven track record in Sales
- Experience of leading project management activity
- Experience of building new 'sales territories'
- Delivery of sales and marketing presentations to high-level executives
- Experience of managing customers' needs from pre to post sale
- You do not need to be a graduate BUT a STRONG sense of self development is a great indicator for us
- Compliance industry experience is preferred, but not essential.

Skills:
- Attitude is everything - must love people
- Be a team player, but able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport easily
- Excellent day to day organisation
- Must have a full UK drivers licence and UK passport
