Intermediate / APC Building Surveyor - Croydon, South London
Up to GBP30,000 + BENEFITS + APC Support
Looking for a new opportunity to kick start your route to MRICS qualified status as a Building Surveyor?
We are actively looking for an Intermediate / APC level Building Surveyor from London to join a nationally recognised and leading Chartered Surveying and Architecture practice due to a number of new projects within the Housing and Commercial sectors!
Whilst gaining valuable skills within the Building Surveying profession, including Party Walls, Dilapidations, Contracts Administration, Design Stage Drawings, JCT contracts, Tenders and Measurements and Project Management, our client is offering the perfect opportunity for you to go through the APC program with highly qualified and regulated assessors, to help you pass first time!
Whilst gaining further exposures to various projects within the Housing and Commercial sectors, you will get involved in and manage projects with values from around GBP50k up to a couple of GBPmillion, gaining support and guidance from a dedicated, dynamic and forward thinking team.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, we are seeking:
* RICS accredited Degree in Building Surveying
* Minimum of 2 years of post-degree Building Surveying experience - ideally consultancy based
* Have either started or looking to start the APC program
* Relevant Housing / Commercial based Building Surveying experience
* Able to travel across London and the South East region
Our client is offering a negotiable salary depending on your experience, however, open to seeing Building Surveyors who have more experience of up to 5 years, working towards the APC program or near APC completion. A generous car allowance scheme / vehicle scheme is also on offer for the successful candidate.
