We are recruiting for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor for a privately owned residential and commercial property development and building group based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Our client undertake bespoke commercial and high end residential schemes within a 50 mile radius of Milton Keynes (they have projects coming up in Kettering, Olney and Milton Keynes
You will enjoy working alongside a highly experienced team in a supportive environment where you will be given the autonomy to develop your own skills and to progress within the role
This company are expanding meaning there is lots of room for progression
The roleEstimator / Quantity Surveyor
You will be office based 1 day a week and will be site based the rest of the time running up to 3 schemes
You will be undertaking housing and general contracting schemes worth between GBP500k - 6m
The company also own their own groundworks company and you will undertake valuations and pricing on groundworks schemes
Working hours are 8-5 but flexible
The right person
You will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on general contracting or housing schemes
You will be competent in taking off, placing orders and pricing works
You will be experienced working on schemes from the ground up
Ideal candidate will be a former day release student or year out student and will have had 2-4 years' experience post college/university studies.
Paying up to GBP30-35,000 + package
