An exciting opportunity for a Subcontract Buyer to join a chartered, privately owned regional contractor who turnover GBP200 million

This contractor are very busy in the Oxford area and are now opening an office in the area. As such there is lots of room for career progression
The role Subcontract Buyer
You will be site based working on a 3 year scheme worth GBP60m over 3 years. This is phase 1 and is 3 buildings, all 2 storey consisting of retail, apartments, a hotel, library and student accommodation
You will be working with another Buyer
Experience
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working on main contracting schemes as a Subcontract Buyer
Salary up to GBP55,000 + car or allowance + mileage paid from home to site, pension, profit share, 25 days holiday, private health care (package depends on experience)
