What you'll be doing

Your main responsibilities will be:
To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot To ensure that links, diagrams and alterations sheets are posted To ensure staff briefings and publications are published and communicated in a timely manner Supporting local systems, processes and records including attendance, KPI and safety data Procurement using SAP To document crew performance and act as minute/note taker at meetings, disciplinary and grievance hearings
Who we're looking for

You'll need to be:
highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work detail conscious able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders adaptable and flexible proactive with a "can do" attitude
As a minimum you'll need to have:
previous administrative experience the ability to maintain confidentiality a good level of competence in Microsoft Office applications the ability to remain calm under pressure the ability to take accurate notes at meetings and hearings
