About the role

The Kona programme is leading the end to end transformation of the UK fixed line Enterprise business, investing GBP300m over 4 years to engage and migrate all legacy customers to our Redstream network and managing the rationalisation of our legacy estate and associated activities, whilst simplifying and transforming our end to end processes to achieve a step change in customer experience and our cost base. The Senior Change lead is responsible for leading the definition and implementation of change for all fixed line customers and internal business changes.

The role will be much wider than this and you will also be responsible for:

* Support effective investment of GBP300m with the delivery of benefits to achieve a payback of 6 years, with most benefits being delivered within 4 years. Includes the protection of 70% of the legacy fixed line Enterprise revenue and realising the growth of the UK Enterprise Business (value tbc) through transformation of the experience of our customers and reputation
* Manage projects and programmes with cost, benefits and/or risk factors appropriate to grade and associated financial sign-off limits
* Responsible for designing and delivering change activities to deliver the agreed benefits
* Engagement and influence of all channel customers both directly and through account and marketing teams

To achieve the above, we are looking for some with the following skills and experience:

* Proven experience of delivering change projects and programmes from conception to completion
* Ability to manage ambiguity and work flexibly within a start-up environment
* Proven virtual team management experience
* Strong commercial understanding/acumen of business KPIs
* Experienced in producing and delivering business cases
* Experience of managing large scale complex, multi-functional, cross-organisation change teams
* Executive presence and credibility and able to command attention at Board level
