Knaresborough
Our client is a fast paced corporate workwear supplier established in 1989 and committed to growth. We require a flexible, hard working person who is ready to learn new skills and work with a small friendly team in our logos department in Knaresborough, putting company logos onto garments.
Key Responsibilities:
??Folding and bagging products
??Operating heat presses to add heat seal transfers to products
??Operating embroidery machines (full training provided)
??Ensuring superb presentation for our customers
Candidate Characteristics
??Dexterity, quick at garment handling
??Eye for detail
??Good IT skills, although training will be given
??Able to work well in a fast-moving team
The successful candidate will earn GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 depending on experience.
This is a full time Monday to Friday role. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work paid overtime either at the start or end of the day when our workload is high, particularly during our peak period from September to November.
Full support and training will be provided. Previous experience in garment handling (e.g. sewing machine work) may be an advantage but is not essential.
