About the role
An interesting and challenging role supporting our Consumer/Enterprise Broadband footprint to provide a new range of products and services that will be hosted from Vodafone's Consumer Centric Stack (CCS), focusing on Small Business and SME as growth segments.
There is a significant opportunity for us to rapidly increase Vodafone's share of fixed and mobile customers, the scope includes multiple New Product Developments, Product Enhancements, Digital/Self-serve capability across critical elements of every customer journey, end to end process transformation and end to end operating model transformation.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders, from the Business, Operational and Technology teams, strong stakeholder management skills, underpinned by solid project management disciplines are essential for success in this role.
Experience Required
- Experienced in PM / Business Change Management (in an Agile environment)
- Experienced in delivering end to end projects
- Excellent stakeholder management
Desirable
- Prince 2 in an Agile environment
