This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join Midland Heart as Property Lawyer. Working with our Senior Property Lawyer you will provide effective legal advice regarding a wide range of property matters to internal stakeholders, at all levels, as well as consulting with our Panel of Law firms on more complex matters.

Salary: GBP45,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working will be considered)
Contract Type: Permanent

Our ideal candidate will be a legal professional (legal executive or a solicitor) with 4 years Post Qualification Experience with demonstrable experience in advising on and transacting property law matters. You will have great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering a quality service. As well as being a people person, you will also be business focussed with the ability to manage and prioritise a large and varied case load.

This role does not involve the creation, maintenance and termination of residential tenancies, however does include staircasing and enfranchisement duties.
