Residential Conveyancing Assistant

The role:
Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal looking to join an award winning team? Your role will involve assisting the department by providing a comprehensive and quality conveyancing service as part of a team. You will run sale and re-mortgage files with some being freehold purchases. You will assist by checking mortgage offers and searches, carrying there admin duties such as attending to clients, drafting letters, preparing contracts and leasehold reports. All this will be under the supervision of a fee earner.
Experience:
It is essential that you have experience in conveyancing and in a high volume environment. Experience of working with sale and re-mortgage files and with a case management system, is essential for this role.
