Customer Service Administrator

Working for a successful business where every member of staff is valued, this role will be joining the Customer Services Team and supporting the Commercial Team with sales order processing and reception cover.

Responsibilities

  • Raising Sales orders on the company ERP system and Proforma Invoices on the company CRM system
  • Communicating with customers regarding orders via Email and Phone
  • Liaising with Planner to help schedule incoming sales orders
  • Handling customer requests for information via email.
  • Answering and passing telephone calls to relevant members of the Commercial Team and wider company.
  • Reception. Planned for lunch time, meetings and holidays and unplanned absence.
  • Other admin tasks as required such as quote raising in CRM to support the commercial team activities.

Requirements / skills

  • Customer contact experience (telephone, email and face to face).
  • Computer literate, ideally in MS Office applications
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems an advantage
  • Experience of working in a team being proactive in a support role

Salary: GBP18k - GBP20k

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm (must be flexible)
