In this Trainee Food Technology Teacher role is split into 3 main phases:
Term 1 & 2: You will begin at the school in a support role, helping to raise attainment within the department and observing experienced teachers
Term 3: You will start teaching 50% of the timetable, picking up more responsibility and reflecting on your teaching practise
Terms 4-6: You will teach 50%-80% of the timetable, whilst completing your PGCE assignments and online portfolio, undergoing weekly observations
