If you are a great HR Manager and confident in providing a professional, proactive and comprehensive and tailored service to each of our clients then this is the right role for you.

Role:
To provide a variety of core HR services, both remotely and on-site, throughout the UK. Primarily focusing upon Strategy and delivery of HR within the clients organisation. You will be expected to identify, implement and support on a variety of HR methods and processes. Partnering businesses to optimise standards and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and fulfil on-site consultancy work
- Account manage your portfolio of clients, build and maintain relationships to ensure the effective delivery of agreed HR services and developing the service provision in line with client needs.
- Recruitment and selection bench marking strategy
- Training and development strategy and delivery to external staff
- Complex ER cases
- Review and draft client contracts of employment, HR policies and documentation in accordance with up to date legal requirements and the style and brand of the company.
- Research, prepare and deliver training courses relating to HR practice and other associated elements of leadership and management to suit client needs.
- Ensure the timely renewal of client agreements for continuous service provision, maximising the opportunity to enhance the service provision in line with client needs.
- Support wider team members with HR service delivery e.g. investigations, formal HR meetings, research, compilation of reports, issue of formal documents, delivery of training etc.

Qualifications/skills required:

- Good up to date knowledge of employment law and its application in practice
- Specialist HR knowledge ideally including full CIPD qualification
- Proven ability and experience in supporting managers with employee relations challenges
- Good attention to detail
- Methodical and consistent approach to work
- Ability to adapt to change and show initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to travel throughout the UK
